Description
Rich, sumptuous and deeply opaque this paint is based on cadmium yellow with the addition of a little ultramarine blue.
It is a very soft paint, which brushes beautifully, higher chroma and denser in hue than most other greens, due to the Cadmium Yellow base it leans towards yellow.
Obviously it is very well suited to landscape painting, imagine the early afternoon sunlight falling across a field of grass, giving light greens with greenish yellow highlights, this is Cadmium Green.
