Description
Deep is a very appropriate name, a deep, warm, yellow, a very rich, sumptuous hue, leaning towards orange, a powerful tinter and totally opaque. It has good body to it almost buttery.
This is from Rublev's range of Cadmiums, they are seriously packed with pigment and no additives, just pigment and the binder linseed oil.
It has such a beautiful warmth and begs to be mixed in very small amounts to the Rublev earths, to give superb luminosity. The price is high but please note it is great value, you are paying for the pigment and this has so much in it, it will go a very long way.
