Description
This is an intense dark blue, it has greenish undertones and is very similar to Cerulean blue, except slightly higher in value. It is the same pigment as used in genuine Cerulean blue.
In masstone it provides a midnight blue hue and in tints when mixed with white gives a wide range of fresh, blues with a green edge.
It is semi-transparent, fine grained with a high tinting strength, it has a very high pigment load.
The Cobalt blue pigments are very stable and resistant to UV, making them an excellent choice for painters concerned about the longevity of their work.
