Description
A violet, brown, earth, unique to Wallace Seymour.
I suspect there is Hematite in this, as it has that violet/red iron oxide edge however lower chroma than the Rublev Hematites, which could prove advantageous in some scenarios.
In masstone it is a warm brown almost like a slightly cooler raw umber, it produces subtle violet greys when white is added. Excellent potential for both the figurative and the landscape painter.
A robust tinter for an earth so has lots of potential uses on the palette. Triple milled in cold pressed linseed oil, smooth consistency.
