Description
I was very excited to try this as I am quite a fan of burnt sienna particularly ones from Italy as they produce such great skin tones with very little effort, just add white!
It hasn't disappointed, in masstone it is reddish brown and when spread thinly on a white ground, due to its transparency you can see the colour waiting to be released.
When tinted with white it creates wonderful, earthy skin tones and quite a wide range, this paint being a reasonably strong tinter.
Super smooth in consistency and has the perfect handling of all Francois's paints, being just less than buttery, enabling it to brush out perfectly with no medium.
