Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we will send an email confirming receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order.
Contract Formation: A contract is formed when we dispatch the products to you.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£).
We accept payment through, credit/debit card, apple pay & PayPal.
All payments must be made in full before the goods are shipped.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver products within 2 working days, subject to stock availability and location.

7. Returns and Refunds
Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products (cooling-off period).
Returns: If you wish to return a product, please contact us.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note refunds are usually instantaneous, however on very rare occasions the payment provider may take up to 30 days to process the refund – it may also not appear as a separate transaction in your account but be shown in the original transaction.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
8. Warranty and Faulty Products
All products come with a statutory warranty. If a product is found to be defective or faulty within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
