Description
Titanium Dioxide is the pigment in this paint, generally it is an industrially produced pigment and difficult to make a paint stand out from the others. However, in oil paint there are two constituents, pigment and oil.
And it is the oil in this which makes this version stand out, cold pressed, single estate, artisan linseed oil, chosen for its suitability for paint making, good leveling and ultimately a strong paint film.
Maybe due to the oil this version isn't quite as cold as some, in fact in some lights it almost has warmth to it, which to me is a good thing.
This triple milled, handmade, small batch, Titanium white represents incredible value for money and is exceptional quality.
