Description
This is like transparent red oxide but without the red!
It has the same transparency and although still warm in temperature it isn't as red as its cousin. It's almost like a more transparent, cleaner burnt umber in masstone.
Being a synthetic pigment, the consistency is super smooth without the grittiness of a traditional earth.
Bombproof lightfastness. One for glazing and the more traditional portrait/figurative palette, although it would work as an excellent ground for landscape.
