Description
In masstone a warm pink, with a strong orange-yellow leaning. Exceptional depth of colour.
This paint has Cadmium Yellow, Quinacridone Red and Napthol Red pigments in it, and these all have good tinting strength so the colour as a whole holds itself well in tints and although looking like a delicate pink, really it is quite substantial in mixing.
The strong opaque Cadmium Yellow almost acts as a base with the less opaque Quinacridone on top, giving it a real feeling of depth, so much richer than the other pinks I have seen which tend to be rather flat and opaque.
It's certainly unique to Wallace Seymour and as always bound in their small-batch cold-pressed linseed oil with no additives.
